Travel Planning

The basis for a successful cooperation is the joint definition of the goals to be achieved. In this style of working process, we work out the travel plan, the itinerary, the duration and type of the trip, establish a budget for the target selling price and discuss other important details.

Implementation

We take care of the entire purchasing and «contracting», the calculation of the journey, and we provide all tour manuals as well as catalog texts including a detailed final program For an additional charge we facilitate a selection of pictures for the brochure publication.

Execution

We assume all operational duties, stay in contact with the local service providers, monitor reservation deadlines, forward the necessary passenger lists and perform payments. If desired, we also take over the tour management.
